بانومشتاق کی مخالفت آئےن کے خلاف ہے:پرشوتم
بنگلور۔29اگست (سالارنےوز)بکر انعام یافتہ بانو مشتاق کا دسہرہ کا افتتاح کرنے کا معاملہ اب ایک تنازعہ کی شکل اختیار کر گیا ہے۔
بی جے پی کے کئی لیڈروں نے حکومت کے اس اقدام کی مخالفت کی ہے۔ کنڑا ڈیولپمنٹ اتھارٹی کے صدر پرشوتم بلیملے نے کہا کہ بانو مشتاق کنڑا زبان کی ایک اہم مصنفہ ہیں۔ انہوں نے بکر پرائز کے ساتھ کنڑا زبان کا نام اونچا کیا ہے۔ ان کی مخالفت صرف اس لیئے کی جا رہی ہے کہ وہ مسلمان ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ رویہ آئین کے خلاف ہے۔ اس طرح انہوں نے کانگریس حکومت کے موقف کا دفاع کیا ہے۔یہ مخالفت سراسر غلط ہے۔ آئین نے یہ حکم نہیں دیا کہ ایسے پروگراموں کا افتتاح مخصوص افراد کے ذریعہ کیا جائے۔ آئین میں سب برابر ہیں۔ اسی بنیاد پر بانو مشتاق کو دسہرہ کے افتتاح کے لئے مدعو کیا گیا ہے۔ دسہرہ کا افتتاح مختلف مذاہب اور برادریوں کے لوگوں نے کیا ہے۔ دسہرہ خالصتاً مذہبی تہوار نہیں ہے۔ یہ مذہبی ہونے کے ساتھ سیکولر بھی ہے۔ بی جے پی لیڈر ہر چیز کو سیاسی فریم ورک میں دیکھتے ہیں۔ یہ ٹھیک نہیں ہے۔ اگر بانو مشتاق کنڑ مخالف ہوتیں تو وہ اس بات کا جشن نہ مناتی کہ بکر پرائز انہیں نہیں تمام کنڑےگاﺅں کو دیا گیا ہے۔ اگرچہ ان کی مادری زبان اردو ہے، لیکن وہ جس زبان میں لکھتی ہیں وہ کنڑا ہے۔ بانو مشتاق کے اٹھائے گئے سوال کو فکری بحث کے لیئے لانے کی ضرورت ہے۔کنڑازبان کی ایک تصویر بھونیشوری کی شکل مےں پےش کی گئی ، ےہ ریاست کے اےکی کرن کے دوران سامنے آئی۔ پمپا اور کمارویاساکے زمانے میں بھونیشوری کاتصور موجود نہیں تھا۔ زبان اور ثقافت کی ترقی کے لئے دےوی کی شبیہ درکارنہےں ہیں۔ لیکن اس کا یہ مطلب نہیں کہ اس پر سوال نہ کیا جائے۔بانو مشتاق نے بھونیشوری کے تصور کو رد نہیں کیا۔ اس کامطلب ےہ نہےں ہے کہ سوال اٹھانا غلط ہے۔
