بنگلورو۔4ستمبر(سالار نیوز)بی جے پی کے رکن اسمبلی منی رتنا کے خلاف درج گینگ ریپ کیس کو سی آئی ڈی کی خصوصی تفتیشی ٹیم(ایس آئی ٹی) نے بند کر دیا ہے، ٹیم نے کرناٹک ہائی کورٹ کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ اس نے رکن اسمبلیکے خلاف لگائے گئے الزامات کو جھوٹا پایا ہے۔ایس آئی ٹی نے جسٹس ایم آئی ارون کے سامنے کلوژر رپورٹ پیش کی۔ جبکہ درخواست کی سماعت 17 ستمبرکےلئے ملتوی کر دی گئی ہے، ہائی کورٹ نے پولیس کو عبوری حکم جاری کیا ہے کہ وہ اس وقت تک منی رتنا کے خلاف زبردستی کارروائی نہ کرے۔ بی جے پی رکن اسمبلی منی رتنا کے خلاف ایک 40 سالہ سماجی کارکن نے شکایت درج کروائی تھی، جس میں دعوی کیا گیا تھا کہ جون 2023 میں منی رتنا کے دفتر میں اس کے ساتھ اجتماعی عصمت دری کی گئی تھی اور یہ کہمنی رتنااس کا ماسٹر مائنڈ تھا۔ خاتون نے اپنی شکایت میں یہ بھی کہا تھا کہ قانون ساز اسمبلی رکن کے دو ساتھی اسے ان کی ہدایت پر اور اس کے خلاف مجرمانہ مقدمہ ختم کرنے میں مدد حاصل کرنے کے بہانے لے گئے تھے۔ دونوں افراد نے دفتر میں اس کی عصمت دری کی ۔ایس آئی ٹی نے خاتون کو ہنی ٹریپ کرنے اور دوسروں کو ایڈز سے متاثر کرنے کی کوشش کے الزام میں رکن اسمبلی اور دیگر کے خلاف چارج شیٹ کی تھی۔ اس کے علاوہ، من رتنا کو نومبر 2024 میں ایک سابق کارپوریٹر کے ساتھ مبینہ طور پر بدسلوکی کے الزام میں چارج شیٹ کیا گیا تھا۔ایک سینئر آئی پی ایس افسر نے تحقیقات پر تبصرہ کرتے ہوئے، تاہم کہا تھا کہ ان کے الزامات کو ثابت کرنےکےلئے کوئی ثبوت نہیں ہے، جس کی وجہ سے، ایس آئی ٹی یہ کہتے ہوئے کیس بند کر رہی ہے کہ شکایت جھوٹی ہے۔
