بنگلورو۔27 نومبر (سالار نیوز)ریاستی کے محکمہ اقلیتی بہبود کے تحت آنے والے اقلیتی ڈائرکٹوریٹ کے تحت چلنے والی سبھی اقامتی اسکولوں میں تعلیم کے معیار کو بہتر بنانے اور رواں تعلیمی سال کے دوران ایس ایس ایل سی اور پی یو سی کے بہترین نتائج حاصل کرنے پر ریاستی وزیر برائے ہاﺅزنگ اقلیتی بہبود واوقاف ضمیر احمد خان نے شدت کے ساتھ زور دیا ہے۔ جمعرات کے روز ریاست کے تمام اضلاع کے مائنارٹی ویلفیر افسروں کے ساتھ ایک ویڈیو کانفرنس کے دوران انہوں نے گزشتہ سال کے دوران ان اقلیتی اقامتی اسکولوں سمیت تمام اسکولوں کی تعلیمی سرگرمیوں کا جائزہ لیا اور ان اسکولوں میں جہاں نتائج کا اوسط کم تھا ان اسکولوں کے حالات کو بہتر بنانے اور رواں سال نتےجہ بہتر بنانے کی تاکید دی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ سرکاری اسکول ہے تو اس کا مطلب ےہ ہرگز نہیں کہ وہاں معیاری تعلیم نہ دی جائے اور وہاں پڑھنے والے بچوں کی تعلیم کے تئیں غفلت برتی جائے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ حکومت کے تحت چلنے والے کسی بھی ڈے اسکول یا اقامتی اسکول میں زیادہ تر غریب اور نچلے متوسط طبقے کے بچے ہی داخلہ لےتے ہیں ان بچوں کو بہتر تعلیم دینا اور ان کے مستقبل کو سنوارنا ان اسکولوں کے اساتذ ہ کی اولین ذمہ داری ہے اس میں اگرکسی ٹیچر کو کوتاہی برتتے ہوئے پایا گیاتو اس پر بلا مروت کارروائی کی جائے گی۔انہوں نے کہا کہ 2026کے ایس ایس ایل سی اور پی یو سی امتحان میں اقلیتی بہبود کے تحت چلنے والے تمام اقامتی اسکولوں کے نتائج کا وہ ذاتی طور پر جائزہ لیں گے اور ان میں اگرکسی اسکول کی کاکردگی کو ناقص پایا گیا تو اس اسکول کے پورے عملہ کو جوابدہ بنایا جائے گا۔اس میٹنگ میں انہوں نے زور دیا کہ اضلاع میں موجود اقافی جائیدادوں کی حفاظت کےلئے ان کی حصار بندی میں تاخیر نہ کی جائے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ حصار بندی کےلئے وقف بور ڈ کی طرف سے ایک ماڈل بنایا گیا ہے اس کو بنیاد بنا کر ہی وقف حکام کی طرف سے حصار بندی کے کاموں کو منظوری دی جائے۔ انہوں نے تمام ضلع اقلیتی بہبود ووقف افسروں کو ہدایت دی کہ وہ اپنے اپنے اضلاع میں وقف املاک کے تحفظ اور ان کی دیکھ بھال کے نتاظر میں مناسب فیصلہ لیں ۔
