نئی دہلی : اولڈ راجندر نگر میں واقع راؤ آئی اے ایس اکیڈمی کے تہہ خانے میں تین طلبہ کی ڈوب کر موت کے معاملے میں دہلی ہائی کورٹ نے آج دہلی پولیس اور ایم سی ڈی کو پھٹکار لگائی۔ عدالت نے دہلی پولیس سے پوچھا کہ آپ نے اب تک کیا کیا ہے؟ کیا سیور اور دیگر چیزوں کیلئے جو لوگ ذمہ دار ہیں، ان کی نشاندہی کی گئی ؟ عدالت نے دہلی پولیس سے پوچھا کہ سڑک پر چل رہے شخص کو کیوں گرفتار کیا گیا؟ پولیس کو معافی مانگنی چاہئے۔
پولیس کی عزت تب ہوتی ہے جب وہ مجرم کو پکڑتی ہے اور بے گناہوں کے خلاف کوئی کارروائی نہیں کرتی ہے۔ اگر آپ بے گناہوں کو پکڑ کر قصورواروں کو چھوڑنے لگیں گے تو بہت برا حال ہو گا۔ دہلی پولیس نے کہا کہ میڈیا کی وجہ سے اس طرح کا تاثر پیدا ہوا ہے۔ ہم معذرت چاہتے ہیں۔ عدالت نے کہا کہ آپ کسی قسم کے دباؤ میں نہ آئیں۔ صرف سچ بتائیے۔ ہم سب دباؤ میں کام کرتے ہیں۔ آپ کو صورتحال کا سامنا کرنا پڑے گا اور تحقیقات سائنسی طریقے سے ہونی چاہئیں۔
ایم سی ڈی کے وکیل نے کہا کہ چونکہ دہلی پولیس راؤ انسٹی ٹیوٹ کے بارے میں کارروائی کر رہی ہے، اس لئے ہم اسے چھوڑ کر باقیوں پر کارروائی کر رہے ہیں۔ عدالت نے ایم سی ڈی سے کہا کہ ہم احکامات جاری کرتے رہتے ہیں لیکن ان پر عمل نہیں کیا جاتا۔ عدالت نے کہا کہ آپ کے محکمے میں قانون کا کوئی احترام نہیں، ایسا نہیں ہو سکتا۔ عدالت نے ایم سی ڈی سے کہا کہ آپ قانون سے بالاتر نہیں ہیں۔ مقامی حکام کے خلاف اب تک کیا کارروائی ہوئی؟ وہ لوگ اب بھی اپنے کام پر کیوں ہیں؟
عدالت نے تفتیشی افسر سے پوچھا کہ کیا آپ نے اب تک اس افسر سے پوچھ گچھ کی جس نے بلڈنگ پلان کی منظوری دی تھی؟ تو افسر نے کہا کہ ہم نے اس کے بارے میں پوچھا ہے ۔ اس پر کورٹ نے کہا کہ کس سے پوچھا ہے؟ کیا آپ کے پاس کوئی طاقت نہیں ہے؟ کیا آپ ایک عام شہری ہیں؟ کیا آپ کو قانون کی سمجھ نہیں ہے؟ کیا آپ نہیں جانتے کہ فائلیں کیسے ضبط کی جاتی ہیں؟ کیا آپ کو لگتا ہے کہ مجرم آپ کے پاس آکر فائل خود دے گا؟
