بنگلور۔22مارچ(سالارنےوز)پچھلے چار برسوں میں ریاست میں غیر قانونی کان کنی کے 2140 واقعات کا پتہ چلا ہے اور کانوں کے مالکان سے 20.47 کروڑ روپئے کا جرمانہ وصول کیا گیا ہے۔غےرقانونی کان کنی معاملات مےں کل 655 کیس درج کیے گئے ہیں۔ ریاست میںکان کنی و ریت کی غیر قانونی نکاسی تیزی سے جاری ہے اس پر قابو نہیں پایا جا سکاہے۔ اسے روکنے کی کوشش کرنے والے اہلکاروں پر حملوں کے واقعات بھی ہوئے ہیں۔ چار برسوں میں مجموعی طور پر 2140 کیسوں کا پتہ چلا ہے۔ مجموعی طور پر 26.47 کروڑ روپئے جرمانے کے طور پر وصول کیے گئے ہیں۔ کل 655 کیس درج کیے گئے ہیں۔ سال برائے 2021-22ءمےں 467مقدمات درج کرتے ہوئے 668لاکھ روپئے جرمانہ کے طورپر وصول کئے گئے ہیں،اور162کےس درج کےے گئے ہےں۔2022-23ءمےں 607معاملات پےش آئے۔ 728لاکھ روپئے جرمانہ کرتے ہوئے 192مقدمات درج ہوئے۔2023-24 مےں 610معاملات پےش آئے،794لاکھ روپئے جرمانہ کےاگےااور183مقدمات درج ہوئے ۔2024-25ءمےں 447معاملات پےش آئے،454لاکھ جرمانہ کےاگےا،اور118کےس درج ہوئے۔ریاست میں ریت کی غیر قانونی کان کنی تیزی سے جاری ہے۔22۔ 2021 میں 326 کیسوں کا پتہ چلا اور 113 لاکھ روپئے کا جرمانہ عائد کیا گیا۔ کل 84 مقدمات درج کیے گئے ہیں۔23۔ 2022 میں 239 کیسوں کا پتہ چلا ، 92 لاکھ جرمانے لگائے گئے اور 63 کیس درج کیے گئے۔ 24۔2023 میں 300 کیسوں کا پتہ چلا ، 120 لاکھ روپئے جرمانہ عائد کیا گیا اور 110 کیس درج کیے گئے۔ چاربرسوں میں ، 1020 کیسوں کا پتہ چلا اور 5 لاکھ روپئے کا جرمانہ عائد کیا گیا۔ 3.97 کروڑ روپئے کا جرمانہ عائد کیا گیا۔ مجموعی طور پر 332 کیس درج کیے گئے ہیں۔ کئی دیہات میں ریت کی غیر قانونی کان کنی خطرناک سطح پر پہنچ گئی ہے۔ اس پر قابو نہیں پایا جا سکتا۔ الزام ہے کہ اس کے پیچھے بااثر افراد ہیں۔
