بنگلورو۔3ستمبر(سالار نیوز)کسی دور میں ریاست میں ٹیکنیکل ایجوکیشن میں نمایاں مقام حاصل کرنے والے ادارہ اسلامےہ انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف ٹیکنالوجی آج ختم ہوجانے کے دہانے پر پہنچ چکا ہے ۔ وہ اس لئے کہ اس ادارے کی جگہ پر ریاستی حکومت کی طرف سے قبضہ کرنے کے احکامات جاری کردئےے ہیں۔ ان احکامات میں بتایا گیا ہے کہ ریاستی حکومت کی طرف سے اس اراضی کو محکمہ پولیس کے تحت آنے والے انٹلی جنس ڈیپارٹمنٹ کو الاٹ کیا گیا ہے اس لئے ےہ جگہ اب انٹلی جنس کے حوالے کر دی جائے۔ ےہ ادارہ ایک دورمیں اس قدر شاندار تاریخ کا گواہ رہا ہے کہ بنگلور و یونیورسٹی کے سلورجوبلی پروگرام کےلئے اس کے بانی حاجی امتیاز نے اس دور میں پانچ لاکھ روپے کا عطےہ ادارے کی طرف سے دیا تھا ۔ لےکن وقت کے ساتھ اس ادارے کی ساکھ گرنا شروع ہو گئی اور دیکھتے دیکھتے مقدمے بازیوں اور سیاست کا شکار ہو کر اس ادارے پر زوال طاری ہو گیا اور اب آخر میں ریاستی حکومت کی طرف سے اس ادارے کی زمین کو قبضے میں لےنے کے احکامات صادر ہو گئے ہیں ۔سرکاری حکم نامہ میں ےہ دعویٰ کیا گیا ہے کہ اسلامےہ انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف ٹیکنالوجی نے غیر قانونی طور پرسروے نمبر 63ہلی ماوو دیہات، بنر گھٹہ مین روڈ،بیگور ہوبلی، بنگلورو ساو¿تھ تعلقہ میں 5ایکڑ اراضی پر قبضہ کیا ہے۔ ےہ بھی کہا گیا ہے کہ اس زمین پر ادارے نے 18کلاس رومس پر مشتمل ایک عمارت غیرقانونی طور پر تعمیر کرلی ہے۔ےہ بتایا گیاہے کہ تعلقہ سروے رپورٹ کے مطابق ےہ زمین لےنڈ ریونیو قانون 1956کے تحت غیر قانونی طور پر اکوائر کی گئی ۔ بنگلور و ساو¿تھ کے تحصےلدارنے اس مذکورہ 5ایکڑ اراضی پر قبضہ کےلئے 25جولائی2009کو ہی احکامات صادر کردئےے تھے۔اس کے بعد ادارے کے ذمہ داروں نے ہائی کورٹ اورسپریم کورٹ سے رجوع کیا لیکن وہاں بھی ان کو راحت نہیں ملی۔ اس کے بعد بنگلور ضلع کے ڈپٹی کمشنر کی طرف سے مورخہ 22ستمبر2022کو ےہ حکم جاری کیا گیاتھا کہ اس اراضی کو محکمہ انٹلی جنس کے حوالے کیا جائے۔ اس حکم کے مطابق اب ےہ زمین محکمہ انٹلی جنس کو دی گئی ہے جہاں اس کی تربیتی اکیڈمی بنا دی گئی ہے۔اس اراضی کو بچانے کے بارے میں سماجی کارکن محمد وزیر بیگ کا ےہ ماننا ہے کہ جتنی کوشش کی جانی تھی ان لوگو ں کی طرف سے نہیں کی گئی جو اسلامےہ انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف ٹیکنالوجی کے امورپر قابض تھے۔ بدقسمتی سے حکومت میں اہم ذمہ داریوں پر فائز ہونے کے باوجود بھی وہ اس ادارے کو اور اس کی زمین کو بچانے میں کامیاب نہ ہو سکے۔ محض وزیر اعلیٰ سدارامیا کی طرف سے ایک اشارہ اس ادارے کی بیش قیمتی املاک کو بچا سکتا تھا مگرافسوس ایسا نہ ہو سکا۔
