شہر میں وقف قانون کے خلاف احتجاج میں مٹھی بھر لوگوں کی شرکت افسوسناک
بنگلورو۔7 اپریل(سالار نیوز)مرکزی حکومت کی طرف سے لائے گئے متنازعہ وقف ترمیمی قانون کے خلاف پےر کے روز شہر میں مختلف تنظیموں کی آواز پر کیا گیا احتجاجی مظاہرہ بے اثر ہو کر رہ گیا۔ اس احتجاج میں حالانکہ بڑی تعداد میں مسلمانوں کو جمع ہو کر حکومت وقت کو ایک پیغام دینا چاہئے تھا لیکن افسوس کہ اس میں محض مٹھی بھر لوگ جمع ہوئے۔ ہم سمویدھان کے لوگ نامی ایک تنظےم کی طرف سے کئے گئے اس احتجاج میں لوگوں کی کمی کھل رہی تھی۔مقررین جہاں مرکزی حکومت کے وقف قانون کے خلاف بول رہے تھی ان کی باتوں پر توجہ دینے والے چند لوگ موجود تھے۔ کلیدی مقرروں میں بی ٹی وینکٹیش ، نجمہ نذیر اور دیگر شامل تھے۔ ان لوگوں نے مرکزی حکومت کی طرف سے لائے گئے وقف قانون کو آئین کے عین خلاف قرار دیا اور کہا کہ اس قانون کے ذریعے مسلمانوں کی مذہبی آزادی پر حملہ کرنے کی کوشش کی گئی ہے۔ اس کی جس قدر بھی مذمت کی جائے کم ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ عوام میں اس قانون کے سنگین اثرات کے بارے میں بیداری لانے کی ضرورت ہے۔ احتجاج میں اتنی کم تعداد میں لوگوں کی شرکت کو افسوسناک قراردیتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ عام مسلمانوں میں وقف کی اہمیت اور ضرورت کے بارے میں معلومات کی کمی کا نتیجہ ہے کہ وہ اس پر توجہ نہیں دے رہے ہیں ۔ احتجاج میں شامل شہر کی ایک تنظیم سدبھاونا کے صدر صادق پاشاہ نے اس بات پر افسوس ظاہر کیا کہ اس احتجاج میں جتنے لوگوں کی شرکت ہونی تھی وہ نہیں ہو سکی ہے۔ مسلم تنظیموں اور علمائے کرام کو اعتماد میںلے کر گر مناسب طرےقہ سے احتجاج کیا جاتا تو شاید اس احتجاج گاہ کا منظر کچھ اور ہوتا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ وقف قانون کے خلاف احتجاجات سے سیاسی قیادت کی دوری کھٹک رہی ہے۔ ان لوگوں نے پارلیمنٹ میں جس طرح سے اس قانون کی مخالفت کی تھی اسی جذبے کے ساتھ سڑکوں پر بھی اترنا چاہئے۔ اگروقف قانون کے خلاف ہونے والے احتجاجات میں صرف مٹھی بھر لوگ شامل ہوں گے اور ان کی آواز نقارخانے میں طوطی بولنے جیسی ہو تو حکومت وقت کو بھی ےہ تاثر مل جائے گا کہ وقف قانو ن پاس کرنے یا اسی طرح کا کوئی او رقانون پاس کر لینے سے مسلمانوں کو کوئی فرق پڑنے والا نہیں ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ آج ان لوگوں نے وقف جائیدادوں پر ہاتھ ڈالا ہے کل ہو سکتا ہے کہ یکساں سیول کوڈ کے ذریعہ مسلمانوں کی پہچان پر بھی ہاتھ ڈالیں گے۔ کیا اس وقت بھی اسی طرح خاموشی اختیار کرلیں گے ۔
