بنگلورو۔21 جولائی(سالار نیوز)گوشت لے جا رہی ایک وین کو روک کر اس کے ڈرائیور کے ساتھ گالی گلوچ کرنے اور اس پر حملہ کرنے کے الزام میں شہر کی باگل گنٹے پولیس نے خود ساختہ گﺅ رکھشک پنیت کیرے ہلی کو گرفتار کر لیا اور بعد میں اس کو تھانہ کی سطح پر ضمانت پر رہا کر دیا۔ اس معاملہ میں پولیس نے اللہ بخش کی شکایت پر پنیت اور اس کے ساتھیوں کے خلاف بی این ایس کی دفعات 115(2)،118(1) ،126(2)،352 ،3(5) کے تحت ایف آئی آر درج کرلیا ہے۔ بتایا جاتا ہے کہ ایک سفیدرنگ کی بولیرو مال بردار گاڑی میں ہاسن کے چن رایا پٹن سے گوشت شہر کے شیواجی نگر کی طرف لایا جا رہا تھا۔اس کے مطابق ہفتہ 19جولائی کی رات10بجے کے قریب گاڑی چن رایا پٹن سے نکلی اور رات 11بجے کے آس پاس جب ےہ نلمنگل پہنچی تو ایک کار نے اس گاڑی کاتعاقب کیا اور ٹی داسر ہلی برڈج کے قریب ےہ گاڑی سامنے آگئی اور اس نے بولیروکو روک دیا ۔ کار سے اتر کر پنیت کیرے ہلی اور اس کے ساتھیوں نے اچانک گالی گلوچ شروع کر دیا اور ڈرائیور پر حملہ کر دیا ۔ شکایت میں گزارش کی گئی ہے کہ پنیت کیرے ہلی اور اس کے ساتھیوں پر قانونی کارروائی کی جائے۔ اس دوران بتایا جاتا ہے کہ پےنیا پولیس نے گوشت سے بھری گاڑی ضبط کر لی ہے۔ ےہ الزام ہے کہ اس گاڑی میں بچھڑوں کا گوشت لایا جا رہا تھا ۔ اس گوشت کو جانچ کےلئے لیباریٹری روانہ کر دیا گیا ہے اس معاملہ میں پولیس نے گاڑی کے مالک اور گوشت لے جانے والوں کے خلاف انسداد گﺅ کشی قانون 2022کے تحت کارروائی کی ہے۔
