درج فہرست طبقات کے داخلی ریزرویشن سے متعلق رپورٹ وزیر اعلیٰ کو پیش
بنگلورو۔4 اگست (سالار نیوز)جسٹس ایچ این ناگ موہن داس جو سرکاری ملازمتوں اور تعلیمی اداروں میں درج فہرست طبقات کےلئے داخلی ریزرویشن سے متعلق ایک رکنی کمیشن کے سربراہ ہیں، نے پیر کو اپنی رپورٹ وزیر اعلی سدارامیا کو پیش کی۔ا س روپورٹ کو حاصل کرنے کے بعدنامہ نگاروں سے بات کرتے ہوئے وزیر اعلیٰ سدارامیا نے رپوٹ پےش کرنے کے بعدکہا کہ یہ رپورٹ 7 اگست کو کابینہ کی میٹنگ میں پیش کی جائے گی۔ اگست کو کابینہ کا اجلاس ہے جہاں ہم اسے پیش کریں گے اور فیصلہ کریں گے۔جسٹس داس نے کہا کہ انہوں نے 1,766 صفحات کی رپورٹ پیش کی ہے۔انہوں نے بتایا کہ 27,24,768 درج فہرست ذات کے گھرانوں اور ریاست کے 1,07,01,982 افراد نے سروے میں حصہ لیا۔جسٹس داس نے کہا کہ ان کی طرف سے درج فہرست طبقات کا سروے کرنے کے بعد جو رپورٹ پےش کی گئی ہے وہ اب ریاستی حکومت کی ملکیت ہے۔ اس پر کمیشن کا کوئی کنٹرول نہیں ہے۔ اس کا مواد اور فیصلہ – چاہے اسے قبول کیا جائے یا اسے مسترد کیا جائے – یہ مکمل طور پر ریاستی حکومت پر منحصر ہے۔ہائی کورٹ کے ریٹائرڈ جج نے کہا کہ ریاستی حکومت نے یکم جنوری 2025 کو ان کی قےادت میں کمیشن تشکیل دیا تھا اور 27 مارچ کو انہوں نے ایک عبوری رپورٹ پیش کی تھی جس میں کہا گیا تھا کہ اعداد و شمار پر وضاحت کی کمی ہے اور ایک تازہ سروے کی سفارش کی ہے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ اسی دن، ریاستی کابینہ نے ایک نئے سروے کا حکم دیا، 5 مئی سے 6 جولائی تک یہ سروے ہوا تھا۔ایک سرکاری بیان کے مطابق جسٹس داس نے اس پروجیکٹ کے لیے کسی قسم کا معاوضہ یا اعزازیہ وصول نہیں کیا۔
