بنگلورو۔20 فروری (سالار نیوز) نائب وزیر اعلی ڈی کے شیوکمار نے آج بی جے پی اور جے ڈی ایس پر موڈاکے معاملہ پر سازش کرنے پر تنقید کی اور کہا کہ ان کی سازش ہمیشہ کےلئے نہیں چل سکتی۔اپنی سداشیو نگر رہائش گاہ پر نامہ نگاروں سے بات کرتے ہوئے، انہوں نے کہا کہ میں نے بہت پہلے کہا تھا جب بی جے پی اور جے ڈی ایس نے بنگلورو سے میسور تک پدایاترا نکالی تھی اس سے ہی ثابت ہو جاتا ہے کہ یہ سیاسی چال ہے۔ جب کسی بھی دستاویز میں وزیر اعلیٰ سدارامیا کے دستخط نہیں ہیں، تو ان کی شمولیت کا سوال کہاں ہے؟وہ لوک آیوکتہ کی طرف سے موڈامعاملہ میں بی رپورٹ پیش کرنے سے متعلق ایک سوال کا جواب دے رہے تھے جس میں سدارامیا کو کلین چٹ دی گئی تھی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ جب آپ زمین کھو دیتے ہیں تو معاوضہ مانگنا فطری بات ہے۔ انہوں نے کسی مخصوص علاقہ میں سائٹس نہیں مانگیں۔ انہوں نے مزید تنازعہ سے بچنے کےلئے سائٹیں واپس کی ہیں۔ لوک آیکتہ نے اپنا کام کیا ہے۔ بی جے پی اگر چاہے تو اپنا احتجاج جاری رکھ سکتی ہے۔ بی جے پی کے اس الزام کے بارے میں پوچھے جانے پر کہ لوک آیکتہ ریاستی حکومت کی دھن پر ناچ رہا ہے، انہوں نے کہا کہکیا آپ سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کو جانتے ہیں؟ اس میں واضح طور پر کہا گیا ہے کہ مقامی اداروں کو کمزور نہیں ہونا چاہئے۔ ہائی کورٹ نے بھی کہا ہے کہ لوک آیکتہ ایک خودمختار ادارہ ہے، کوئی بھی وزیر اعلیٰ ہو، کیا لوک آیکتہ حکومت کے تمام افسران کی اس تفتیش میں کوئی بات نہیں سنیں گے؟ لوک آیکتہ لوک ایکٹ کے مطابق کام کرتے ہیں۔بی وائی وجئےندر اکے اس بیان کے بارے میں پوچھے گئے کہ حکومت کے پاس کوئی پیسہ نہیں ہے، انہوں نے کہا کہ وہ اس کا جواب بعد میں دیں گے۔
